There was a lot of noise a week or two ago about AirPods with cameras which have no ability to record anything or take still images. Lots of “I’m done with Apple”. Not hearing much about this:

And Meta told me this week that, thanks to a new update, it caught thousands of its Glasses owners who had tampered with the LED light that discloses that the device’s camera is on. Meta remotely shut down their ability to use the camera on their glasses, essentially leaving them with a pair of expensive Bluetooth headphones.
